Fritz von Wordham is a gorgeous 4.5 year old Shepherd mix – perhaps with Great Dane, the combination giving him a smart mind and perfect energy level. This tall, tanned and handsome boy has the brightest eyes and always seems to be alert to his surroundings. Fritz’s leash manners are off the charts; he says hello to small and big dogs ever so gently. In playgroups Fritz tries to stay out of trouble by turning away if some dogs react to him, even when they are half his size (he’s a lover; not a fighter). A medium-energy boy, he listens well to his humans, responding quickly to basic commands and conducting himself like a gentleman, whether it be in a pet store or at the vet’s office. If you leave your car door ajar, Fritz will jump right in and sit proudly in the back seat, waiting for you to chauffeur him to your destination. This Marmaduke look-alike is so well-behaved that he is a favorite at his doggie day care facility, where some of the attendants have been heard saying to the mischievous dogs, “Why can’t you be perfect like Fritz?” You can take 80-pound Fritz anywhere with you and he will make you feel safe and proud. (No young children but teens are fine).
